The splitter HBS 110-S 11 T represents the connection point between the hobby line and the professional line. It is characterised by a vertical structure; the machine operates on a telescopic column, which allows to reach a good work ergonomics with a very compact structure. It withstand an heavy use; it guarantees productivity and convenience and that’s why it is a valid partner in the forestry activities. The special table can be fixed in different heights, it is easy to position and remove with a very little effort. The control levers opening with the 2-hands safety system, allows a split of a log with a diameter from 150 to 550 mm with a maximal height of 1200mm.

The HBS splitters range, is composed by three different models with similar technical details, but with a splitting power that may vary from 6 to 8 to 10 Ton. They are made up by a vertical structure, with operation on a telescopic column, which allows to reach a good work ergonomics with a very cmpact structure. The new model ECO 80, 8 TONS is born from the family of vertical splitters with medium power belonging to the Hobby line. Its peculiarity is the its fixed table, but it keeps all technical features, working characteristics, reliability and strongness of its “biggest brothers”. The control levers opening, with the 2-hands safety system, allows a split of a log with a diameter from 150 to 400 mm and a maximal height of 580 mm.

The horizontal series MX 608 is composed by 2 different models with construction similarities, with a working strength varying form 8 to 10 tons, with a solid structure, comfortable and practical to use, its technical expedients will optimise your work. The horizontal splitter MX 608 is provided with a swinging table which holds the divided log; the table can be easily folded in a vertical position (for rest) and the cylinder that pushes the log can return for a convenient storage..

The Log-splitter “MX 511” 11t. has been designed and realized to fit at the best the customer requirements. It is composed by a superior swinging structure that permits to choose 4 working different positions between horizontal and vertical, just revolving it on an intermediate flange. It is made up by a swinging beam (H) that operates as slide guide for the knife and for the structure piston-control levers/ distributor that sliding over it, through an easy and practical system, allows, with a rapid movement, to lift or to lower the structure for use or for storage, removing a simple pivot. Theactivation is manual; it has a 2 Speeds ditributor, that through a two-hands control, activates the blade during the splitting in complete safety.

The series MX 50/80 has been conceived for a domestic use. Its working features are revealed form the little dimensions, the working ease and the weight. The control levers are placed in an ergonomic position directly on the cylinder, manually activated, they allow the splitting of a log in complete safety. It can be stored in a very little space and can be used easily by the family components.

From the PROFESSIONAL family is born an innovative version, with high level power, reliability and solidity, suitable for big working volumes. The splitter MX 325 “25 tons” is composed by a structure that during the use allows to have a big working space, but then during transport and storage it needs only a small place. It is made up by a beam with the shape of an “H” on the base, that works as sliding guide for the wood pusher and the upper structure, which slides upon it in a telescopic way during the opening and closing operations for utilisation. The functioning is manual in fact, thanks to the 2-hand control levers you can activate the wood pusher in complete safety, allowing a splitting of logs with different heights. It is possible indeed to choose two different distances of 120 /130 cm or 210/220 cm simply moving some beating bushings bolted on the base.

The professional line of wood splitters is a solid range of machines with a compact and technological design. The machines are characterised by their maximal splitting powers varying from 10 up to 30 Tons with the resulting structural differences. They are realized for those customers who want to revolutionize their way of processing firewood. The splitter MX 114 “14 tons” is made up by a rectangular tube structure that acts as oil tank and as blade sliding guide and by a special adjustable table that support timbers, easy to position or remove with a very little effort.

This does not exclude a versatile use, a rapid working cycle and a solidity that guaratees in the course of time a professional use. The special swinging support plate allows to procede with the cutting of different sizes with a little effort.
