For ventilation in livestock houses ITB offers an extensive programme of exhaust and intake chimneys. Minimum energy costs and a long lifespan of the systems form the starting point for each development. The innovative CLICK system is ITBs solution for high costs of transport for chimneys and tubes. Well arranged ventilation contributes to an optimal climate, good air quality and a uniform distribution of air in the house. The right temperature and humidity and minimum draught improves animal health and growth and decreases mortality and feed conversion. To improve efficiency of the transport of needed components, ITB has developed the innovative CLICK system.

With a heat exchanger the exhaust air is used to warm up the intake air, without mixing the air. The system contributes to a uniform distribution of intake air across the building. With a heat exchanger results improve and the use of energy is reduced upto 70%.

For heating in livestock buildings anodized aluminum heating profiles can be applied. The profiles have a high heat emission and are easy to install at the wall or ceiling. The heating profiles are anodized to prevent corrosion. The profiles are available in lengths of 6 meters and can be shortened into any required length. The easy to install end and connection pieces ensure a no leakage connection through a double O-ring. All needed attributes are available in plastic and ANBO.
