The J & I Bale Bed is a versatile option that can be integrated into any truck bed with modifications. It features hardened bale super spears and a 2-way electric over hydraulic pump, powering two 2-1/2" x 10 hydraulic cylinders. Included are all hydraulic fittings, hoses, electric lines, and a 150 amp circuit breaker. The bed construction offers choices like 3/16 smooth or tread floor, 3 channel cross members, and 6 channel runners. Installation includes bolt-down, wiring lights, gas neck install, and mud flaps. Towing options include reinforced hitches, gooseneck boxes, and dovetail drops. Skirted body options offer features like aluminum stone chip guards, additional toolboxes, and welder troughs. Rack options range from full gussets to various light configurations. Lighting options include LED and standard lights for different sections. The Arm Bed option includes heavy-duty arm turrets, bale spinners, a 4-way hydraulic pump with remote, and can be added to various bed types with modifications.

All hydraulic lines and fittings. 1-tool box sized to match truck bed up to a max size of 15x15x30 other sizes and extra boxes are additional. *We recommend pump be mounted in box*. Arm Bed option can be added to NS, OS, Ranchhand and Weld Feed Bed with modifications.

FEATURES: The J & I Bale Bed option can be added to any bed with some alterations, it has the addition of a set of hardened bale super spears. The bale bed comes with 2-way electric over the hydraulic pump to power 2 – 2-1/2″ x 10″ hydraulic cylinders. Included are all hydraulic fittings & hoses, all-electric lines, and a 150-amp circuit breaker. We recommend that the pump be mounted in an enclosed toolbox (not included). The spears will go down, past level for ease of bale spearing, and past straight vertical to set the bale up over the body. The rear hitch is straight down with the tail section to allow the bale to be fully speared. Bale spears can be removed for ease of pulling a gooseneck trailer and stored beneath the bed in a 2″ x 4″ spear holder.
