FeedsMachinery - Model FMD-50 - Fish Meal Dryer
FM series fish meal dryer, different from traditional fish meal dryer, has a unique spindle design. The main shaft does not expose the welding seam, avoids the welding seam directly contacting the material, and prevents the material from wearing and corroding the welding seam, thus greatly prolonging the service life of the dryer. The fish meal dryer can be manufactured into various sizes and specifications according to the demand of output and under the conditions of transportation. The fish meal dryer can also be made of carbon steel Q345, stainless steel 304, 316L or bidirectional stainless steel according to the nature of the material.

FM series fish meal disc dryer, different from traditional fish meal disc dryer, has a unique spindle design. FEEDSMACHINERY - Model FMC-50 - Fish Meal Cooker
The cooker machine uses saturated steam as the heat source, and indirectly heats the material through the hollow blade spiral main shaft and the interlayer. The cooker is also equipped with several direct injections to speed up cooking or to deal with those large pieces of raw materials. The purpose of cooking is to rupture the fat cells in the fish body, coagulate the protein, and fully free the oil and water from the fish body in preparation for the subsequent pressing. Generally, the cooking temperature is 95°-100°C, and the cooking time is 15-20 minutes.
