Linear Irrigation Systems

T-L Linear Irrigation Systems use up to 60% less water than flood irrigation and cover almost 98% of a rectangular field. Critical to higher value crops, T-L’s continuous movement performance delivers the most precise water pattern available, most important when chemigating. T-L’s simplicity allows one person to effectively manage many systems. With linear irrigation systems, the majority of the water is not needed at the outer end of the system reducing friction loss. Each sprinkler system distributes an equal amount of water regardless of its position on the system, making it ideal for low-pressure applications.

Linear Irrigation Systems

T-L’s “ULTRA Linear Tractor” allows you to irrigate adjacent parallel fields with one system. The spans linear pivot around a stationary 4-wheel tractor using a furrow, cable, concrete ditch or buried wire for guidance. The tractor can rotate allowing the system to operate in a variety of orientations such as a linear pivot.

Web-based Pivot Control

New from T-L Irrigation Co. and Agsense, llc, the Precision link enables web-based pivot control for T-L pivot systems. The Precision Link works in combination with T-L’s Precision Point Control lll (PPClll) to let you manage your pivot with your computer or mobile device and a simple internet connection. Pivot control is an important part in how you use your pivots successfully. Pivot start/stop, direction, application rate and speed, and water pump control are but a few of the features available. VRI (Variable Rate Irrigation) can also be programmed through the website.

Corner Pivot Irrigation Systems

Over 30 years of corner system irrigation experience has resulted in consistently improved levels of performance and reliability. T-L corner arms maintain continuous movement utilizing T-L’s patented hydraulic alignment controls. Corner span drives are hydraulic planetary design that are direct coupled to the hydraulic motors resulting in a narrow corner span profile reducing crop loss.
