The Kashin Turf Roller is engineered to advance lawn maintenance through innovative design features. This self-propelled green rolling machine incorporates a split gearbox system where the left and right half shafts are independently powered, providing enhanced handling and precision. Steering is optimized with a one-hand control method, allowing 360° turns by engaging the clutch on either side, facilitating unmatched maneuverability. The gearbox comprises three forward gears and one reverse gear, enabling swift equipment transport to job sites, rectifying typical issues of imported equipment's slow mobility when not in operation. Weight adjustments are achieved by integrating water or sand into its structure, allowing for tailored ground pressure. The inclusion of a 9HP gasoline engine enhances the roller's performance on inclines, while auxiliary support rollers ensure smooth control. An array of ergonomic features, such as adjustable handle height and centralized control mechanisms, make operation intuitive and adaptable to a range of users’ physical requirements.
