Subsequent processing steps include a stone trap for removing large impurities, feeding into a hammer mill that further reduces particle size to 10-20 mm, followed by separation of sand in a screw conveyor just before storage in a dosing silo. Equipped with automated level sensors, the system signals the briquetting press to start and stop based on the straw levels to ensure efficient operation.
