RELCO’s Milk Drying System is customized to fit your product requirements including: NFDM, Codex, WMP, Buttermilk, IMF (Infant Milk Formulas), Yeasts, Encapsulated powders, Blood and Sweet Whey. The Milk Drying System is optimized with a vertical hot air distributor, vibrating well mixed and plug flow beds and baghouse. Other features can be added for specific customer requirements and include: multi fuel indirect fired heater, timing belt, cyclones, baghouse fines retention bin, heat recovery, dual feed system, retractable cip nozzles, lecithination and spray nozzle cameras.

RELCO’s Curd Pick-Up Unloader is designed with the customer in mind for safe operation, high throughput and reliable performance. The unit is available in multiple widths to fit up with a variety of Curd Draining Table dimensions. RELCO’s Curd Pick-Up Unloader is designed to provide reliable transfer of salted curd to; Blockformers, 640 lb Hoop Filling, 500 lb Barrel Filling or Manual Hooping of a variety of cheeses. The Unloader can be moved (manually) on casters or on an Overhead Rail System. The unit can be configured for air (blowing), air (vacuum) or mechanical (auger) transfer from the Cheese Draining Table to downstream processes.

All manufactured equipment shall be 304 stainless steel and shall have a bordered bead blasted exterior finish unless otherwise specified below. Product-contact, interior weld seams are ground and polished to a 150 grit sanitary finish. Exterior weld seams are bordered and bead blasted. Closed Jacket Heating System.
