Each battery unit is supported by specially designed robust leg structures that are placed 60 cm apart along the entire row. Each section has a length of 2,4 m. The entire cage system has a unique modular structure which makes it possible to build from 3-tier to 8-tier rows without grid floor (catwalk). Total length of each row can be as long as 150 m.

All used metal structures are hot deep galvanized materials. Length of the cage 246 cm and height of the cage is 82,5 cm. The height of the cages can be change from 3 tier height 271 cm to 6 tier height 545 cm. There is special perforated plastic drawers is using inside cages. There are 4 pieces drawers for each cage. When the take out time, you can easily slide them out then all the broilers drop to manure belts. Besides it is proved that there is helping to prevent the harms which is coming from ammonia, also helps to ventilation system and manure cleaning.

Because of all this specialities, the percentage of the laying in the nests is increased to the highest level. According to this situation, the dirty egg amount is decreased to the lowest level. That`s why the rate of the hatchability as follows on the highest level.
