The chain with 28 compartiments rotates gently, so you can easily fill them. The unique system of two sliding tubes that guide the plant from the caroussel to the soil ensures that the plants are on the same distance and depth. The narrow plow and tight wheels press the plant firmly for good and fast growing results.

The new TML Transplanter has a very narrow plow, hardly wider than the trayplant itself. This plow makes a tight furrow so the plant is positionned straight upwards. The plant can also easily be pressed firmly by the wheels that are positionned very close to the plant. Heavy soil is no longer any problem. Inside the plow, a mechanism pushes the plant into the furrow at the right moment so the planting distance is equal. The carrusel turns smoothly and has chamfered corners for easy and rapid filling.

The long lifting arm guarantees a good vieuw at the leaf dividers to easily maintain the right lifting depth. The conveyor belt at the back is height adjustable for an optimal attitude.

The long lifting arm with reduced angle ensures the leek to enter easily and without damage between the soft and large rubber belts. The combination of two shakers, two brushes and the disk guarantees that the leek comes clean and equal on the conveyor belt.

No operator on the machine required! This machine allows the tractor driver to lift the leeks faster than any other traditional machine, without any manual labour. In front, the leaves are raised by two rotating cones with spiral formed brushes on. When the leeks enter the soft belts, the raised leaves are trimmed to length. A double shaking mechanism and a pair of rotating brushes clean the soil from the roots. The double rubber disks at the end of the lifting arm rotate the leeks 90° on a climbing conveyor belt. Here, roots and leaves are aligned before being laid smoothly on the round shaped rotating container. This container starts empty just under the conveyor belt and lowers automatically as the container is being filled. The minimum falling height guarantees the leek to be properly arranged in the container.

The ROSECUTTER has been designed to trim the roots as well as the branches of rose plants and shrubs in one single operation. On both sides, the machine has a set of hardened rotating blades with a special profile for a nice trimming edge. The distance between the two sets is easily adjustable from 23 to 80 cm ( or even more on special demand). On the right side, there’s place for an operator that puts the plants on the conveyor belts. On the left side, there’s place for two people to cut the side branches.
