LCTech - Photochemical Aflatoxin Derivatisations

Photochemical Reactor for the Derivatisation of Aflatoxins with UV-Light Due to the low aflatoxins limits in food and low inherent fluorescence of aflatoxins B1 and G1, aflatoxin analysis needs to be optimised through derivatisation. This is done photochemically with the UVE™ under UV light radiation at 254 nm.

Immunoaffinity and Clean-up Columns

AflaCLEAN - Immunoaffinity Columns for the Aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2

The AflaCLEAN columns are available in the practical 3 mL polypropylene format. The column bed consists of a soft-gel, which is covered by a storage buffer (contains a preservative). The maximum loading capacity is 150 ng B1 absolute. The minimum shelf life of the columns is 24 months at storage temperature from the date of manufacture. The AflaCLEAN columns can be done manually or automated, for example, with the LCTech devices FREESTYLE SPE or AcceCLEAN.
