The central element of the Floor-watering system is the TOP-Nipple or TOP-Combinipple, ensuring an optimum water flow for every animal age.

With the circulation Drinking-System for cages or aviary the benefits of this watering system, as in the Twin Clean Line for floor management, also implemented in the cages or aviary. This system was first shown on the exhibition VIV Europe 2014 in Utrecht.

The central elements of the Floor-watering system are the LUBING Nipples Art. 4001 / 4022 / 4050-00. The combination to the Drip cup ensures a dry manure and an optimum water flow for every animal age.

With this enhancement EasyLine 2.0 succeeded in further improving the water supply to the animals and also thereby facilitating accessibility to the nipple. The proven principle with pendulum, bowl and nipple remains unchanged. With the new turkey nipples Art. 4001-4, which are now arranged to the side of the pendulum, we have achieved an even longer service life of the drinker and thus increase the reliability of the water supply even further due to two nipples per cup. Maintenance is made much easier by attaching the double nipple pendulum with a socket pin.

The conveyor system is of crucial importance for egg farms of all sizes. Variations in buildings arrangement always require a tailor-made individual solution. Therefore we based our LUBING Curve conveyor on the following concept:

The LUBING rod-conveyer was designed to be easily and therefore inexpensively installed. The design makes it easy to adapt the conveyor to any given situation. The heart of the system is the mounted conveyor belt which due to arrangement minimizes the number of damaged eggs. It is made out of stabilized plastic pipes which are connected by chains on both sides.

With the alternative animal keeping (barn management, aviary management and the furnished cages) perches are required for the animals.
