Loose feed mixer H037/3 1500kg + suction and force feed mills 11kW. Full feed lines are used for preparing feed for pigs, cows, chickens and other animals. Feed line consists of feed mixer, suction and force feed mill, electronicscales and automatic suction splitter (optionally).

Feed mixers are used for the proper preparation of concentrated feed mixtures by thoroughly mixing components in order to obtain homogeneous mixtures and complete feed for various groups of farm animals. The feed mixers manufactured by m-rol have steel, welded construction made of high quality materials, what ensures their very high quality and long service life. The moving part of the mixers is mounted in roller bearings and the whole structure is protected against corrosion by a coat of varnish. We offer many types of loose feed mixers, which differ in size and efficiency. You can also purchase loose feed mixer with hanging filters. All our loose feed mixers can be used as part of a feed line.

Livestock electronic scales for pigs and cattle are mainly used for weighing animals. After dismantling the cage, the scales can be used for other purposes, e.g. For weighing grain in bags. Both pig and cattle scales consists of a cage, strain gauges and a weight display. The scales manufactured at m-rol are the highest quality devices due to the use of appropriate materials at the production stage.

Inclined screw conveyors are used to transport grain on the farm. This device is useful when unloading trailers or when filling grain silos. It significantly facilitates the work associated with grain transport. A screw conveyor is often used as part of the feed line and grain storage line. The company’s offer includes inclined screw conveyors with intake and inclined screw conveyors with hopper. The inclined screw conveyors are adapted to work at an angle of max. 45 degrees.

Pneumatic grain conveyors, also known as suction blowers, are used for loading/unloading grain and cereals in a suction and force manner in a vertical and horizontal direction. Thanks to used technology, pneumatic grain conveyors do not damage the grains, which is important in storing cereals for sowing. It is possible to use pneumatic grain conveyors to blow grain silos or to ventilate grain by moving it from one grain pile to another.

Folding silos are intended for short-term storage of fodder or grain. Silos are not insulated, therefore they are intended only for rooms. M-rol folding silos have a steel structure and are made of high quality materials. The whole structure is protected against corrosion by a varnish coat or zinc for an additional charge upon request. The company offers several types of silos that vary in capacity from 2 to 7 tons.

Mobile grain dryers are designed for drying all types of cereals for fodder. Dryers are available in several models, with a capacity from 16.5 to 46 m³. Depending on the load capacity: in the standard version the basic drive is the pto drive. The dryers have a single or double wheel set, loading screw, central screw, adjustable stabilized brackets, two-stage diesel burner, power generator, double internal feed mixer for more even drying, spirit levels on the frame of the device, dryer shell – external panels made of 1.5 mm stainless steel, inspection door, central lubrication system, forced cleaning of static air on the central screw with replaceable grilles, fully automated dryer control panel, aluminium ladder, single grain discharge, as well as a steel fuel tank. After using the heat exchanger, the dryer is suitable for food purposes.

Silage cutters are designed for cutting of silage from piles and silos and for transporting them to feeding or loading areas. The most important advantages of the silage cutters are: the short time of cutting blocks out of silage heaps, simple design and the fact that the cut surface remains smooth and the cutting process does not affect the structure of the heap, thanks to which decomposing processes take place neither in a silo nor in cut off silage blocks. Silage cutters are also known as silage selectors.

Straw choppers are designed for straw crushing fed manually to the loading chamber. The shredded fraction is completely ready for further processing in the briquetting machine. The obtained raw material is used in the production line of straw pellets. In addition, the shredded product can be used as a substitute compost in farms for mushroom growing or as a bedding for animals and birds. The work of the chopper consists in sucking in the straw, given manually by pouring in the form of a cube (after removing the string) or loose. After the straw is crushed by the knives located in the chamber of the device it reaches, through the mesh screen, the fan and it is transported pneumatically through the outlet nozzle, on which it is possible to mount the discharge hose.
