Blancher, screw type, 24` x 8`, stainless steel, (9) steam inlets, (1) 2`, and (1) 1-1/2` side inlets and 65` discharge height. Manufactured by Utilicon, with (2) top hinged lids. Unit has 3 HP, 230-460 volt, 60 Hz, 1725 RPM motor through right angle gear box. Unit comes complete with feed hopper with screw discharge, approx. 10 cubic feet.
