Direct cut header for self propelled forage harvesters. Cutting width of six meters. Oscillating central attachment with suspension or fix adaptable to all forage harvesters models. The innovative cutter bar is made of an advanced wheelbase gears system and allows an indirect transmission to the gears reducing the traction power and assures a minimum wear. The big gears transmit independently the motion to the small gears of the disks ensuring a uniform and efficient distribution of the power on each disk. The cutter bar is totally welded to provide greater stability. The auger has a large diameter, to allow an uniform and constant conveying of the product for the whole length.

Lateral mower coupled to the tractor with the 3 point of the tractor, first and second category. Renewed in aesthetics and reinforced in the structure the MDN mower models have been developed to meet increasingly demanding working conditions, dictated by ever-widening surfaces and smaller working times, to the benefit of productivity..  The primary transmission takes place through four SPBX toothed belts, while the secondary gear is used with oil bath gears.

The primary transmission is made by a multiplier in an oil bath placed under the attack of the rudder, while the secondary transmission is made by gears in an oil bath.  The cutting unit consists in a central pendulum suspension with double shock springs that allows a constant adjustment of the weight on the ground and allows to the cutting bar to follow the soil profile for a clean cut.

Pull type mower coupled to the tractor through the rear tractor hitch. The rotary gearbox allows a large angle in case of maneuver without shutting down the tractor’s power take-off. The primary transmission takes place by an oil bath multiplier, 540 or 1000 revolutions by rotating the box, while the secondary transmission is through gears in oil-bath . Adjustement of the cutting height is done by a lever on the chassis of the mower, which varies the inclination of the mowing unit.

The cutting adjustment is done by the third point of the tractor which allows to vary the angle of the mowing unit The front attachment allows the mower to follow the course of the ground with extreme precision and to overcome without difficulty, eliminating the risk of damaging the mowing unit.

ALPINA is a front-mounted light weight mower that can be used both on traditional and isodiametric tractors and on special tractors designed for mowing in mountain regions. Front or rear hitch with central pendulum attachment allows the mower to adapt to any working condition. The system is backed by a series of active springs to match up to 35% tilting differences between the tractor and the mower for optimal work on hilly and mountainous terrain.  Transmission takes place through a central oil bath multiplier gear box.
