Our Double Bale Handler is for the transportation and stacking of stack two 4’ wrapped bales without damaging the film .The rotating paddles can handle sagged/misshapen bales. The paddles can be removed, allowing the unit to be used as a double spike for handling straw, hay and mature silage bales.

A major part of Mastek`s business is manufacturing forklift masts.  We manufacture a full range of forklift masts for leading forklift manufacturer Combilift.  This includes three, four and six ton Duplex masts and Triplex masts.  We manufacture 1,000-1,200 units per year.

It is also suitable for mulching all sorts of other crops. It has a heavy gauge 200mm rotor with long Y-blades. The machine is available 2.5m or 2.8m wide. This machine will chop all rushes into sawdust.

The umbilical method of manure/slurry handling involves pumping the liquid from a liquid storage facility (lagoon or tank) using a high-pressure pump unit, via a pipeline, to a tractor mounted applicator unit. Once the system is set up and the pipeline has been laid, the pump is started and the applicator unit is then driven in straight lines, dragging the supply pipe, known as the drag hose, up and down the spreading field.

This unique design keeps the centre point of the reel closer to the back of the tractor than any other product on the market. This greatly increases the stability of the tractor, especially in road use. Because of this unique design, when losing slurry pressure, you only need to hydraulically move the splashplates closer together, unlike other twin splashplates, where you must close off one of the splashplates. Just like all Mastek products, it is galvanised as standard.

This unique patented Slurry Mate design allows the product to be retrofitted onto any slurry tanker without the need for welding or fabricating. Simply remove the existing inspection plate and bolt on the Universal Dribble Bar. The Universal Dribble Bar can also be supplied with an attachment to be used with an umbilical system.
