Available with capacity of 6, 8 or 10 litres.The VD2 feed dispenser is easy to adjust manually with the adjustment handle on the side of the container, ensuring accurate dosage even of small feed quantities. The look-through container ensures precise overview and complete control of the feed distribution to the pen. The cylindrical shape ensures free airflow with no risk of downdraught.

The STEP-system is especially designed to elevate the sow’s lying area in order to reduce the risk of crushing the small piglets by the sow, thus, reducing piglets’ mortality. Furthermore, customers’ experience  shows, that piglets have better conditions for nursing.

BIOFORM TROUGH is a corner trough that can contain up to 19,5 l feed. It is closed from both sides at 40 cm above the bottom of the trough. This allows the trough to accomodate large amounts of feed, that sows can consume without significant feed waste. The trough is designed so that it fits to U-profiles in the corner, thus closing tight to the wall / pen equipment in front of the trough.

The heaviest thickness of material in the market and closed, bend edges guarantee a very strong drinking cup, which lasts for years. The bend edges also prevents dirt accumulation and injuries. The rounded design ensures that there will be no blind corners and the closed design above prevents dung in the drinking cup and thereby it will always be clean. The water nipple is placed in the bottom of the drinking cup and releases only the amount of water that is actually drunk. This means considerable water savings and considerable reduction in the quantity of slurry.

Top hygiene and easy learning for piglets. Master Trading’s new drinking bowl is specially designed for piglets. The special drinking nipple is activated by light pressure from the piglets, which makes learning easier. The piglet drinker’s rounded shape, without blind corners, ensures that the cup is easy to keep clean, thus providing top hygiene. The adjustable drinking nipple can be placed close to the bottom of the bowl, which leads to quicker learning and less water wastage. It provides good water economy. The drinking bowl is made of stainless steel, which ensures long durability. All in all - the optimum solution for piglets in farrowing pens.
