The BBM 200 is our largest and most productive mulcher we manufacture. This machine only requires a two man crew and can discharge straw 100 feet in still air at a rate of 30 tons per hour. Stored Bale Capacity: up to 7,200 pounds. Deck can be loaded with 3×3, 3×4, and 4×4 bales. Round bales are an option but productivity is reduced.

The BBM 160 is a smaller version of our BBM 200. This machine also only requires a two man crew and can discharge straw 100 feet in still air just like the BBM 200. The BBM 160 utilizes a gas engine instead of the Tier 4 diesel engine. It does not require a CDL to drive the truck because even when the machine is loaded with material it is below the 26,000lb weight limit. Stored Bale Capacity: up to 4000 lbs. Deck can be loaded with 3×3 and 3×4 bales. 4×4 bales and round bales are not compatible with this machine.

The mulching crew is now downsized to one man who is proficient at operating a skid steer. The redesigned Big Bale Mulcher for skid steers is available in two models to accommodate the use of 3×3 and 3×4 bales. Improvements to the machines include the top section of the mulcher folds down for easier transport, the feed rollers deliver more consistent, jam free material, and a radio control device for easy operation with most skid steers. Our attachment plate is universal and will fit most skid steer models on the market.

Our product is set apart from the competition because there is no high maintenance and expensive “Air Lock” design. Material is moved by a large blower fan that conveys large volume of shredded bark mulch through a 4in diameter hose. Our unique body design also allows for versatility use, it can be mounted at the back end of a dump truck or can be easily maneuvered around the job site by a skid steer. The 1.5 cubic yard hopper is even easier to load with the optional “Tailgate Dump Kit”.
