MCi - MCi Kicker
MCi Kicker provides fast, accurate, comparable, and consistent machine separated results from a grain sample to speed up your grain quality testing or to help you improve grain quality at your facility. Remove the most fair amount of material for your producers or grain companies with the MCi Kicker on your countertop. MCi KickerThe MCi Kicker is a mechanical grain tester used by grain handlers to determine machine separated grain quality factors and should be operated in line with GIPSA/FGIS guidelines to achieve results comparable. The MCi Kicker has been successfully doing just that and more, such as sizing and specialty operations since 1990. The AutoKicker since 1992. The “Practical Procedures for Grain Handlers, -Rev. Feb. 2009” is a good reference and lays out procedures for grain handlers not shipping the lot of grain for export. We have numerous AutoKickers being utilized for fast and accurate in-house factors.
MCi AutoKicker
MCi - Auto Kicker
The MCi Auto Kicker was designed to greatly reduce the considerable expense of grading grain in a traditional manner.
With the the higher efficiency of the MCi Auto Kicker you will dramatically reduce your expenses. It is designed for automatic or semi-automatic operation for grading of inbound grain sources such as trucks or rail cars. It is also designed for internal monitoring of blend or grade while loading ships and barges, or monitoring blend in milling operations. It is also used for the monitoring of grain cleaner outputs to make sure the cleaners are working at peak efficiency. The MCi Auto Kicker will receive a sample of grain and analyze the sample for test weight, moisture, dockage, protein, oil, starch, fiber, shrunken and broken, foreign material, temperature and clean grain, depending on configuration and device calibrations. This information can then be sent to your electronic scale ticket, grain inventory/accounting system or stored in the computer for your future use. By eliminating manual entry of results, you avoid costly mistakes as well as saving the time consumed to manually process the sample. Once the sample has been processed, it simply waits for another sample, either from an automatic sampler or from your truck probe. The process time for each sample can vary, but is normally under 2 minutes, depending upon configuration and grain type.
MCi - Inbound Grading
Reduce the bottleneck caused by manual hands-on grain grading with the MCi AUTO KICKER and handle more trucks per hour! How much time does one really spend handling a grain sample? Incoming grain goes through the probe, to the collection box, to the sample divider, then half goes to the moisture tester, the other half to the dockage scale, then to the sieving process, to the dockage scale again, then the clean grain goes to the moisture tester for test weight (Wheat, Barley), and then to the protein analyzer. Then it takes time to collect all that data and to enter it on the ticket! It’s time consuming, labor intensive, inefficient and costly!! Let the MCi AUTO KICKER help with that!!
