This is a grader with revolving rollers suitable for fries, little trouts, salmons, sea bream etc. from. gr. 0 to gr. 50. Body, rollers and frame are built in stainless steel. There are three wheels and a shaft to move the equipment all over the fish farm. With the special device placed on one side of the grader is possible to adjust the rollers and the bottom to obtein three different selections on the lenght of the roller. At request, the Alpha III grader is equipped with a sucking water pump to feed the grader during its working to keep the fish alive and sliding in the discharging hoses. The grader is also equipped with electric panel and accessories.  It is very silent, accurate and fast. It reduces fish stress and cannibalism.

Standard, Giant and Giant 6 lines are trout and salmon graders with revolving rollers. They have a stainless steel body built on a hot galvanized frame (at request, also the frame is in stainless steel) with wheels and shaft to move the machine all over the fish farm (using a farm tractor if needed). On one side there are special devices to adjust the rollers and the bottom to obtein three different sizes of fish. The fishes are selected with great precision. The grader is equipped with a self-priming water pump sucking water to the grader to keep the fishes alive and sliding in the discharging hoses. Completed with electric panel and accessories. This kind of grader is very silent, accurate and fast. Suitable for fishes from 20 gr to 1000 gr and it is supplied complete of all accessories.

Art. 102/N: New Standard 4 lines of rollers, art. 103/N5 New Giant grader 5 lines of rollers. For live fish as trouts, salmons and similar. They have stainless steel rotating rollers in shaped position mounted on a special chassis with three wheels placed at structure base that help the operator to move the grader inside of the fish farm. A special shaft can be coupled up to a tractor for dragging. Once decided the machine working place you make it stable and horizontal using the crank that moves front wheel up and down observing the position of the plummet on structure side.

This tank has been conceived to transport fish inside of a fish farm from one place to another. It is equipped with oxigenation internal system that suckes air from outside, little window to check quantity during sucking operations, cock to insert disinfectants, mechanical braking system and vacuum pump linked to an hydraulic distributor with 4 levers. Fish is sucked trought an upper pipe diam. 190 mm placed on the top.

This tank has been conceived to suck fish rubbish inside of a transformation plant. It is equipped with a special vacuum pump with a sphere valve of circuit interruption and a discharging pipe on the back.

This machine is a self-moving truck in proper time prepared to suck and transport fish from one place to another inside of a fish farm. It is not qualified for street circulation outside of a fish farm. On the truck frame a vacuum fish pump is mounted to suck fish from land or concrete tanks while an electronic system weights the fish before to discharge it on another street transport truck or to a transformation plant. The vacuum fish pump has two stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 200 lt each that suck and discharge fish alternatively actioned by a water cooling vacuum pump. The fish transport tank is built in stainless steel with strengthened double “T” inside frame. On the back there is a discharging fish pipe. A special hydraulic system drives all sucking and discharging pipes and movements.
