Mississippi Lime Company (MLC) products

Liquid Calcium Hydroxide (LCH) is used in water treatment, waste water treatment, acid neutralization and as a substitute in many “liquid caustic” applications. Dust-free, LCH can be the solution to many alkali handling problems. The micro-particulated version is produced by our micro-particulation process to decrease particle size and increase reactivity and surface area. Both products combine high surface area and high total calcium hydroxide making them ideal scrubbing reagents for the removal of SO2?and SO3?from flue gas. Liquid Calcium Hydroxide is a 38% solids homogenous slurry with a mean particle size of 6 microns.
