Monarch - Protective Tree and Vine Sleeves

Zipset Protective Tree and Vine Sleeves are a cost effective paperboard barrier which protect planted crops from sun, wind, and herbicide application. They also provide a micro-environment which supports the transition of plants from nursery to field. We do not use any glues or chemicals during our manufacturing process - maintaining a greener, more sustainable product in the field.

Monarch - Plant Bands for Root Growth

Zipset Plant Bands are square growing containers made from milk carton paperboard. The paper provides exceptional strength when wet, yet is still biodegradable. No damaging glues or other potentially toxic chemicals reach the soil or your plants. The square shape of the Zipset Plant Band directs roots downward at the corners, virtually eliminating any chance of plants becoming root-bound. Individual Plant Bands make it easy to sort by canopy development, remove failed starts, and split trays for distribution. The collapsable nature of the container means that it packs flat for cost effective shipping.

Zipset Propagation Trays are designed for Zipset Plant Bands. They are an ideal size for many other containers and are also very easy to move by nursery workers. Made of recyclable polyethylene-plastic and packaged flat for efficient shipping, these Zipset Propagation Trays will bring efficiency and ease to your nursery operation. There are three sizes to choose from to suit any propagation need, from houseplants to trees.
