Tags weigh 30g with solar-powered batteries. Single prong design and uses a standard zee tag male prong and applicator. Reusable and lasts up to 5 years. The ear tags consist of Bluetooth, accelerometer, and GPS functionality. The ear tags transmit cattle information every 1 hour and work on mOOvement’s LoRaWAN Network.

Compact solar powered Bluetooth Beacon that collects Bluetooth ear tag data. The beacon sends cattle information via mOOvement’s LoRaWAN network. The Beacon report every minute when cattle are within a 50-meter radius. The Beacons are usually installed near water points or feed. Upon tagging with Bluetooth Ear tags and installing the beacons, cattle producers can keep a count and check on cattle every day, maintain individual cattle data, get cattle reports and receive alerts from the mOOvement App.

LoRa antennas can easily be installed in homesteads, where you have power. Simply plug the antenna into your power source and you’re ready to go. This is perfect for small/medium properties to cover up to 8-10 km radius around the antenna (roughly 30,000 hectares or 75,000 acres).

LoRa antennas can also be installed off-grid in the field with our solar kit. We provide the whole package. This is used when you don’t have a power source for the antenna at an ideal location for radio coverage or you might want to track cattle on a different block. If you have a big property you can easily set up multiple antennas to cover your whole property.
