With the assistance of some of the largest bison producers in the Peace River District of Alberta, Morand Industries has been able to: manufacture, field test, improve on a tub system that has no equal. Morand’s 1/4 Tub works on the principle that bison will always want to go back in the direction that they came from. Anybody who has experience with bison handling, knows this to be true!

This system offers all the same features as the Stationary System, except the Squeeze has hydraulics. The Hydraulics are a nice feature when working with Bison, and even more so when you’re working with a big herd. One person can control the squeezes headgate, tailgate and squeeze the animal by themselves, with little to no help, from the push of a lever.

Morand`s Bison squeeze chute is made with heavy duty pipe with extreme wall thickness. The Morand Squeeze Chute helps take the "work" out of working bison. The hydraulic squeeze allows you to process your cattle on a larger scale in a safe and secure manner. This squeeze has similar features to our shoulder holder squeeze chute. Designed to be easy on the cattle, this chute offers a number of features that make it one of the safest chutes on the market for animal and operator. The sides are tapered and wider at the Belly to hold your animals rather than squish them. The floor is adjustable and the H doors easily come out for branding. Easy access door on side of squeeze for preg checking and semen testing. A single individual can control the head gate, tailgate and squeeze from one spot with minimal effort.

Our squeeze is capable of holding mature bulls up to 2600lbs; allowing you to handle them in a safe and secure manner.

Morand’s Sorting Panel has been modified over the years to make processing bison easier, safer and be more effective. The Sorting Panel is part of your Lead Up Pen, (before the system) Having a few sections of the Lead Up Pens, in your system, help to sort animals more smoothly and keeps the animals at a calmer state.

Adjusts from 16”-50” allowing you to load from stock trailers up to and including semi units. 12’ of deck stays on the ground at all times giving maximum stability.

All the Same Features from the Stationary Loading Chute with a few extras to make it portable.

Has 17’ of frame sitting on the ground for excellent stability. Utilizes 13’ of ramp climbing to 45’’ tall.
