Tecnotem - Olive Oil Mills

TECNOTEM equipment is designed to carry out third party manufacturing or company customised continuous or discontinuous processes. The handling of oxygen at the crusher inlet is a very important factor allowing the formation of lipoxygenase, thus of flavours; also important for the final product quality is the thermic delta between the paste temperature when entering and when coming out of the crusher. The malaxation is made inside closed malaxers in order to avoid paste oxidation and to ensure an effective temperature control. The paste inlet is operated by an electric valve and the outlet by a PSS elliptical piston pump put on each single malaxer. Cleaning is facilitated through the total opening of the higher lid, so that there are no areas for possible process wastes.

Delta - Vine Stalk Remover - Pressing Machine

The Delta 30-R stalk remover-pressing machine has been designed particularly for small, top quality wine makers.
The machine comprises a hopper for receiving the grapes with an auger for transferring them to stalk removing, which takes place by a beater with adjustable rubber blades. After stalk removal the product falls onto two rubber rollers where soft pressing takes place; under the rollers there is an auger for taking away the crushed grapes. The machine is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and is controlled by a three-phase or monophase electric motor with pulley speed change and it can be fitted with a polyethylene basket. Rollers are folding and adjustable. The basket, beater and must collection tub are removable for easy cleaning.

Madrina - Grape Stalk Remover - Pressing Machine

MADRINA 50 stalk remover-pressing machine is projected for a soft processing of the grapes; receiving hopper can be supplied with feeding screw or with direct skid to the holed basket. It is equipped with telescopic legs to be fitted into selection lines and with electronic inverter to change RPM. It has double holed stainless steel rotating basket, adjustable rubber paddles beater, motorized pressing rollers unit hinged to the hopper. Motor drive unit is assembled on the stalks outlet side and it is openable through hydraulic pistons.

Mori Tem - Peristaltic Pump

The peristaltic pump is suitable for the processing of wine, whole, pressed and stalked grapes and marc. Its functioning is based on the rotating rolls pression principle, where, the product is pushed away to the exit by pressing progressively a rubber tube. The alternation between compression and relaxation of the tube allows the continuous flow of the product into the system and consequently the product feeding never stops. This principle allows to work by avoiding any kind of oxydation, shaking, product emulsioning, grape crushing and the contact between pumping system and the product itself. The CVS (Continuous Vacuum system) consists of using an electric vacuum pump and a vacuum gauge whose goal is to make easier the total opening of the tube in the semi-hermetic sealed box. That allows to get higher performance in decantation with minor product crushing.

Jolly - Plate Filters

The 20x20 plate filters of the Jolly series are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and the plates are made of foodsafe plastic material; in standard moplen or noryl on request. They have been designed to clarify and sterilise beer. The standard models are fitted with stainless steel pump with noryl impeller. On request it is possible to have a coaxial pump and rubber impeller (nbr). All models can be fitted with stainless steel plate for double filtration and variable filtration and cartridge for microfiltration.

The "MODERNA" Series filling machines are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, with electric level gauge. All models are fitted with height-adjustable bottle rest tray and the new spout enable accurate and fast adjustment of the level in the bottle.

Monoblock - Bottling Machine

RTC is a compact monobloc for bottling re-fermented still beer. The standard version comprises a bottling machine with 8 taps, a capping machine for crown caps with automatic distributor and bottle inlet and outlet belt with speed variator. The bottling machine implements a rotary gravity system and the tank unit with the taps is adjustable in height through a handle. The capping machine feeds the caps through a hopper and inserts them in the bottle neck. The conveying system can hold bottles of various sizes by quickly replacing the start. All parts in contact with the liquid are made of AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL and are removable for easy cleaning and sterilization. The unit can be combined with an automatic rinsing machine and/or linear automatic capper/labeller. Hourly production approx. 750 - 0,75l bottles.

Speedy - Oil Vacuum Machine

SPEEDY OIL filling machines are built to fill oil and high density liquids in glass bottles. They are provided with vacuum kit, that allows a fast filling without emulsifying the product. They can be equipped with nozzles with diameter 10-14-16-18 mm. (standard version with diameter 14 mm.) and fill bottles from 0.25 to 5 Litres.

Forma - Avocado Oil Plants

The mills of the FORMA series for avocado are designed to process fruit bunches in continuous and discontinuous mode.The equipment is provided with a crusher, a malaxing group equipped with a single agitator, a decanter, a pump for the discharge of the waste and a heating group. The crusher has the function of transforming into paste the fruit previously peeled, depitted and cut into pieces. The paste thus goes to the malaxer; here by means of the heat group it reaches an optimum temperature for the extraction of the oil. After mixing, the transfer pump takes the paste to the decanter where the separation of the oil from the water takes place. The discharge pump placed at the end of the line of work, allows the evacuation of the waste through the discharge tubes.
