Normally made of high-strength 100% virgin woven polypropylene or polyethylene material, the weaving process is strictly controlled all over manufacturing for quality performance and reliability. Typically with holding capacity from 200kgs -2000kgs. Applications of FIBCs now covers nearly all industries, where dry bulk solids are handled including chemicals, food, and even pharmaceuticals.

By production process of extrusion and weaving, Polypropylene material would be shaped as circular or flat. The winding machine which was equipped in the end of circular loom then wind the tube fabric or flat sheets onto the paper/plastic inner core gradually. Polypropylene woven fabric is available to be coated with PE/PP film or laminated with printed BOPP film or kraft paper.
