Mottech’s weather station is part of a Motorola control system. The system enables integration of weather station data into the irrigation control center – ICC PRO. The weather station is the result of long-term development that combines high quality standards, robust and reliable hardware, a large selection of sensors and advanced Internet interfacing.

Mottech by-pass fertigation machine designed to inject fertilizers and acid into the irrigation water. The fertigation machine locates in parallel to the main irrigation line and injects the nutrients and acid using venture pumps with fertilizers meters and under monitoring of EC and pH sensors. The IRRInet & ICC PRO system manage the fertigation machine and divide the fertilizers all along the irrigation process according the operator demands. The IRRInet Ace is a new generation, robust field unit expanding the IRRInet family of products providing versatile expandable solutions.The IRRInet ACE allows the integration of existing and new IRRInet systems using powerful communication capabilities via numerous types of media: cellular, radio, Wi-Fi, wire line, internet etc.The Modular design of the IRRInet-ACE provides large scalability and powerful field units to the IRRInet family of solutions.Greater installation flexibility is provided with support of third party sensors and PLC units as well as multiple communication options including broadband data over TCP/IP, radio, cellular and wire line.

Mottech Irrigation Decoder system utilizes a single pair of wires to operate multiple stations with individual decoders connected along a 2-wire cable. Each decoder contains a microprocessor which receives 24VAC power supply and control signals along the 2-wire line directly from the IRRInet ACE controller.The decoders are pre-coded with their addresses prior to installation. Then they are attached to the cable to activate individual solenoids when a coded signal is sent from the IRRInet. Mottech Irrigation Decoders can be installed in limited-access irrigation areas. They are robust, waterproof and contain internal effective lightning and surge protection.

The Piccolo RTU is a small sized unit which consists of an electronic board and a 3-way latched solenoid, packed in an IP65 plastic housing.The unit energizes one latched solenoid and receives two digital inputs such as: water meter contact, level transducer, pressure gauge etc.The Piccolo RTU is connected in series on a 2 wire standard cable for a distance of up to 10 km to an IRRInet Single Cable module.Up to 63 Piccolo RTUs may be hooked up along the cable. The Piccolo RTU is powered from the communication cable (no need for other power supply), which is connected to the Single Cable module mounted in the IRRInet unit.
