Each plant is created according to the specific requirements of the customer; the fundamental parameters which are used during the development of a new project are productivity and size. The mill, equipped with a loading hopper, is fed continuously by a belt or by a feed screw. The product is transported from the hopper to the mixer through the batcher which is composed of a feed screw regulated by a geared motor variator with electronic rotation control; this system allows the user to increase or reduce the number of revolutions (and therefore the production of the pellet mill) based on the input of the main motor.
