The ZN12-T-IP is a point dendrometer with a sealed potentiometer (IP54) to be run under very wet conditions. The frame is made out of one piece of carbon fibre (CFK) and is consequently combined with stainless steel elements (rods and nuts). The cable is connected to the potentiometer via a waterproof plug. Applicable for tree stems > 7 cm in diameter. The frame offers to hold a second potentiometer.

The electronic displacement-sensor (linear motion potentiometer) is a weather-proof but not sealed sensor which is powered with a stable 3-5 VDC power supply. The ZN12-T-WP is our most sold dendrometer and is applicable for tree stems > 7 cm in diameter in most environments. Dendrometers with the WP sensors are not recommend for extremely wet conditions.

The ZN12-T-2WP is a T-shaped dendrometer with two sensors to be mounted on tree stems >7 cm in diameter. The two sensors allow measuring stem radius changes over bark and on xylem in parallel. The frame is made out of one piece of carbon fibre (CFK) and is consequently combined with stainless steel elements (rods and nuts). The two electronic displacement-sensors (linear motion potentiometer) are weather-proof but not sealed and are applicable under most conditions. The WP sensors are not recommended for very wet conditions.

The ZN12-O-WP is a point dendrometer with a ring-shaped frame offered in different sizes to optimally fit small stems, roots and branches 1-7 cm in diameter. Available diameter frames: 100 mm (ZN12-O100), 80 mm (ZN12-O80), 60 mm (ZN12-O60).
