The NELSON HARDIE 3400P PTO-dr ve sprayer, with 34,! diameter fan, will provide excellent spray coverage in most orchards with trees up to 30 feet tall. The 3400P is great for almonds, pistachios, cherries, pears, nectarines, apples and, because of its narrow width, perfect in grapes.

The NELSON HARDIE 4000P PTO-drive sprayer, with 40` diameter fan, will provide excellent spray coverage in most orchards with trees up to 40 feet tail. `he 4000P is great for almonds, pistachios, cherries, pears, nectarines and apples as well as taller trees such as hedge-row planted walnuts.

The Nelson Hardie 6800P PTOdrive sprayer, with twin 34” diameter fans, will provide excellent spray coverage in most orchards with medium to tall trees. The 6800P is perfect for nuts and stone fruit as well as trees with dense foliage such as citrus.

NELSON HARDIE® Super 40 engine-drive air-blast sprayer provides exceptional coverage in medium-height trees such as pistachios and almonds, taller trees like hedge-row walnuts and crops with heavy foliage, like citrus.

The Nelson Hardie 6800E engine-drive air-blast sprayer provides exceptional coverage in medium to tall trees such as almonds, pistachios and hedge-row walnuts as well as crops like citrus, with dense foliage.

Nelson Hardie Super 80 engine drive sprayers, with twin 40” diameter Fans, provide exceptional coverage in tall trees such as walnuts and pecans and crops with heavy foliage such as citrus.

The new NELSON HARDIE Super 92 Air-blast orchard sprayer is designed for spraying very tall trees such as wide-spaced pecans and walnuts. With 325 horsepower and twin 46” diameter co-axial fans, the Super 92 will provide the best coverage in and through your tallest trees.

Nelson Mfg. Co. offers the Tree Squirrel pruning and picking tower for orchards in 20 ft. and 25 ft. heights from the ground to the floor of the working platform.  Considering your height, your reach and the length of the tools, these towers provide working heights of 30` and 35` respectively.

The Nelson ONE SHOT tree recognition system was introduced in 2010.  Installed to Nelson Hardie orchard sprayers, the ONE SHOT system will help to minimize spray drift and resulting chemical ground deposits so it is beneficial to the environment. Also, you will find that you will go much farther between sprayer fill-ups and therefore save on chemicals, costs and time!  While priced very low compared to other brands, the ONE SHOT is very dependable.

Nelson also fabricates Orchard Fenders to fit most current models of Low profile orchard tractors. Covering the front and top of the tractor’s rear tires, the Nelson Orchard Fenders will help to protect your crop from the tire cleats as you drive through the orchard. If needed, a guard can be designed into the fenders to protect the controls from the tree limbs. The entire control console can be relocated closer to the driver as well (as shown here on a John Deere 5095M).
