Hopper silos can be used for the storage of seeds. They can also provide temporary storage of wet grain as part of a grain drying plant. Other possible uses are as buffer bin applications in silo plants. It capacities up to 25 MT to 500 MT. diameters varies between 2.72 Mtr to 8.16 Mtr and height up to 10 Rings The standard angle of hoppers are 45 degrees but can be customizable as per capacity required. There is only one outlet at bottom that is provided for easy venting of stored material.

Flat Bottom Silos are constructed with a flat bottom surface and are designed by advanced technology and can withstand all types of material storage. For any type of grain storage above 500MT capacities, flat bottom silos are recommended. We provide silos with capacities up to 1000 MT to 12500 MT. diameters varies between 09 Mtr to 30 Mtr and height up to 18 Rings. The corrugated, silos panels are assembled cylindrically on circular purlins and vertical stiffeners with bolts and nuts on the heavy concrete rings with deep civil foundations constructed at the site to suit the size of the grain silos.
