Niagri Cleaner Loaders are designed to transfer crops from field trailers to bulkers at the field side. Cleaning the product whilst at the field saves on unnecessary logistics. The machine can be configured with various cleaning systems dependant on your particular crop and conditions. Loading hoppers of up to 2.4m wide give high capacity loading into the cleaning systems. With variable speeds throughout the machine you can control the level of cleaning. Dirt is conveyed out the side of the machine, ready to be incorporated back into the site it was harvested from, again saving on unnecessary logistics.

A simple, but effective way of removing excess water from potatoes after the washing process.A series of sponge covered rollers remove excess water to reduce the risk of bacterial growth and diseases. The drive roller bed can be lowered on both side to facilitate maintenance and cleaning.They are also ideal for eliminating moisture damage to paper bags used in the packaging process.This unit can be manufactured as a retro fit unit to be incorporated into your existing line or as part of a comprehensive line.

Covering crops with polyethylene provides the perfect environment for germination. Our triple roll poly layers increase productivity by laying three rolls simultaneously. The film is laid at optimum tension every time and remains in position in windy conditions. A braking device prevents overrun when stopping. The weight carrying wheels and film wheels are independent from one another to avoid splitting the film. It hydraulically folds for transport and unfolds to a comfortable working height for changing rolls. Machines can be supplied as a single roll poly layer, or triple roll poly layers are availble for larger producers.

Niagri Straw Removers are designed to remove straw from even the highest density coverings. The machine works by picking up the straw with the front rotor, feeding it to the large chopper rotor which chops the straw into smaller pieces, before discharging onto a cross conveyor.The chopped straw is conveyed out the side of the machine, ready to be incorporated back into the soil. Alternatively a side discharge elevator can be fitted to load the straw straight into trailers for re-use elewhere.The single front spider clears the wheelings before the chopper gets to it, to aid efficient removal of the straw. Automatic depth control comes as standard, which ensures an even pickup, even in hilly conditions.The spinners at the back of the machine clear the wheelings, putting the straw onto the next bed. The machine is very manoeuvrable, with rear steering as standard.

The Niagri Brush Washer cleans a wide range of root crops in a continuous and speedy process.Mindful of eliminating damage to crops, this design incorporates a hydraulically operated table to control the cleaning time and speed.Manufactured to an extremely high standard to withstand continuous us in carrot and parsnip production. The speed of the top and bottom brushes can be also be adjusted independently to control the finish.

The Carro-cut automatically cuts segments of carrots to a pre-defined length or trims the tops and tails, whichever is required.Cutting carrots automatically gives obvious financial benefits over manual labour. It is also quicker and much more accurate.No need to align the carrots, top or tail end makes no difference to efficiency.
