The main production technics used in our investment casting factory are,

water glass casting, low temperture lost-wax casting process, with capacity to cast products range from 0.5kg to 100kgs. The usually used materials are carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, wear resistant material, etc.

silica sol casting, medium temperture lost-wax casting process, with capacity to cast products range from 0.1kgs to 50kgs. The usually used materials are carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, gray iron, ductile iron, etc.

lost-foam casting, weight of products range from 0.5kgs to 50kgs. The usually used materials are ductile iron, gray iron, high chrome iron, etc.
