Nissan - Model SUNEVER - Polyimide Resin
Nissan Chemical’s display materials business has been expanding centered around LCD displays, such as SUNEVER® (polyimide for LCD/flat panel displays), and NHC® (insulating hard coating). In the field of displays, research and development has undertaken in polyimide resins in the early 1980s led to these products being adopted as orienting materials in early LCD displays on devices such as calculators and watches. Peripheral materials have since been supplemented to keep up with advances in LCD display technology enabling such businesses to achieve dramatic growth alongside that of LCD displays.

Nissan - Model SIRIUS - Agricultural Chemical
In order to respond to the needs of farmers, we develop and sell a large number of one-shot herbicides for rice fields, with the proprietary active ingredient "SIRIUS®" as the main component. Many formulations are available, with "SIRIUS® Turbo®" and "Doublestar®SB" as the main products. Granule agents, flowable agents, jumbo agents, and pellet agents are also available.

Nissan - Model Cellhesion-MS - MSC 3D Culture Material
Cellhesion®-MS is specifically developed for the 3D suspension culture of MSC to meet the large scale demand of MSC for medical use. It can be easily scaled up to liters scale or more. The MSC cultured with this material, regardless of their origin, shows great potential for improved therapeutic effect with higher expression level of homing effect related marker (MMP2, CXCR4), higher secretion level of TSG-6, bFGF, VEGF etc. Furthermore in vivo experiment shows Cellhesion®-MS cultured MSC have achieved the same therapeutic effect with as little as one seventh of the cell number of 2D cultured MSC.
