Bora-Care Termiticide, Insecticide and Fungicide Concentrate is a wood treatment with patented glycol penetrants that kills and prevents termites, carpenter ants, wood boring beetles and decay fungi. Used as a replacement for soil treatments in new construction and serves as a primary termite treatment on the HUD-99-A form. Also used to kill and prevent termites and wood boring beetles in existing construction.

Bac-Azap Odor Encapsulation Technology is a liquid that uses a triple action to eliminate organic odors. Replaces odors with a fresh scent, encapsulates the odor molecules, then a blend of microbes goes to work to consume organic odor-causing matter, eliminating the source of the odor. DominAnt® Liquid Ant Bait is a borax-based 5.4% active liquid ant bait that instantly attracts ants with its appealing sweet bait. Controls and kills common trailing household ants and their colonies. Don’t spend time searching for the colony – let the ants drink DominAnt and then take it back to the colony, killing the whole colony and the queen.

DOMINANT® 1% Liquid Ant Bait is a borax-based 1% active liquid ant bait especially attractive to Argentine and other sweet-feeding ants. Specially formulated for very large or multi-queen colonies. The lower active ingredient allows for greater consumption, allowing ants to spread the bait to the entire colony, killing the colony and the queen.

QNAP copper naphthenate is a copper-based, oil-borne wood preservative that outperforms other preservatives and has a superior environmental profile. Used as a replacement for creosote in railroad ties and as a replacement for pentachlorophenol in utility poles.

BORA-FOAM® is polystyrene foam insulation board formulated to be termite resistant with the addition of borates to the foam. Primarily designed for use in crawl spaces, it has a 3 mil poly on both sides of the board which allows for the attachment of poly floor liner directly to the board. The 2.5” foam board provides R-10 insulation.
