Nyle has built scores of heat treating kilns for firewood. Nyle units are sold as turn-key systems including chambers, or customers select just the equipment they need for installation in customer supplied chambers.Nyle developed a control system that is easy to run and to expand. Since the beginning of the requirement to heat treat lumber, the rules and requirements have often changed and no doubt, will change again. Nyle systems are designed for easy expansion and adaptation to changing requirements. The systems are developed in-house and our famous support is at hand from our offices here in Maine.

Nyle has taken over 45 years of experience in the industry and created a control system that is transforming how operators interact with their equipment. We set out with two goals in mind; increase productivity and make the control easy to use.

Nyle Kiln Processing controller provided by Nyle Systems features a 3.5` touch screen control interface that monitors kiln status, temperatures, and controls. Control comes complete with 8 relays for equipment and records entire kiln process.KPC100 comes in 15 x 12 x 7 custom cabinet.
