This range of machines allows B&G to pinpoint the best production cycle for each individual item, optimizing the quality/ price ratio. All production is carried out within the company and particular care has been taken in selecting suppliers of raw materials, semi-finished goods, forged and fused goods.

As a result of contracts stretching several years, our workshop has been able to invest in the best available technologies to achieve top quality production. Our machine fleet includes 9 numerically controlled lathes, 4 constantly renovated constantly renovated machining centers, 2 shapers, 4 parallel lathes with diameters ranging from 0 to 1500 mm and 2 radial drills.

BGP 4000DV is used in agriculture for lopping or shearing orchards, citrus plantations, olive groves, hazelnut orchards, etc... This version is suitable for all types of orchards and it can make horizontal topping maximum 4.5 m (14.8 ft). Thanks to the double cutter bar it halves the time of pruning compared to a normal version. It is installed in front of the tractor by a universal front mount. The innovative and patented double blade system, allows a shear cut with considerable advantages to the plant by nurturing its growth. The double blade, activated by a hydraulic motor, is 2.5 m (8.2 ft) long in the medium version.

BGP 3000 DB SL pruner is the ideal machine for any intensive orchard. It is equipped with due double blade cutting bars – a 2.50 meters (8.20 ft) bar, used to cut the sides of the tree and a 1.20 meters (3.93 ft) bar used to cut the upper part of the plant. It is controlled by a joystick that allows the operator to instantaneously regulate the different movements of the pruner. It is possible to cut branches with a diameter up to 3 centimeters (1.18 in).

AF SPECIAL is an accessory that, thanks to its characteristics, can prune all branches, even the very high ones. It can be used in agriculture for pruning fruit trees and other plantations, where there is sufficient distance between the rows of plants. It can be installed on any telehandler, with adequate technical characteristics. The operator can handle both the operation of the machine and the path ahead while sitting comfortably in his / her seat. Being equipped with a double fork attachment, it is possible to increase the side distance, allowing the cutting bar to create a bigger space from the wheels. On this accessory it is possible to install various double blade cutting bars manufactured by B E G Company.
