OnSite FMS - FlowBoard Kits for Planter Systems
OnSite FMS offers comprehensive FlowBoard Kits that streamline the setup process for planters. These kits include preassembled boards featuring manifolds, flowmeters, OnSite modules, and Bluetooth modules, designed to be installed swiftly. For planters with over 12 rows, multiple FlowBoards are easily connected using the provided Module-to-Module Cable in a daisy chain configuration. This system allows for efficient module detection, minimizing hookup errors. Users can choose between Bluetooth systems, powered through a harness connected to a 12V source, or wired systems where power and signal are routed through a Hitch-to-Module Harness. Additionally, a 7” touchscreen display kit, with accompanying charging cradle, RAM Mount, and Power Harness, facilitates convenient installation in a tractor. The modular manifold design of OnSite FMS+ aligns with various section configurations, making these kits adaptable to different planter setups, although a third-party controller is needed for section control.
OnSite FMS - Wet Boom Kits for Planters
The Wet Boom Kits for planters provide a robust solution for efficiently delivering liquid through a planter system by utilizing a hard pipe, or boom, to guide the fluid down to the row units. This method circumvents the need for a central manifold, instead positioning flowmeters directly near the row units accompanied by an extended wire harness. Standard kits can adapt to both wet and dry boom configurations, using hoses to connect to row units. The wet boom setup removes the need for flowboards, integrating flowmeters directly into the line ahead of each row unit. The installation entails using a substantial Flowmeter Harness laid end-to-end across the planter. For planters exceeding 24 rows, several OnSite Modules connect via a daisy-chain pattern, with termination completed via a chain end terminator, ensuring seamless system detection of all modules. A Display Kit featuring a 7-inch touchscreen and RAM mounting facilitates intuitive interaction and reporting.
