PAWLICA receiving baskets for fast and residue-free loading of your grain. For loading grain into the post-harvest line we use residue-free receiving baskets with a capacity of 40 to 250 t/h. The baskets are located in the receiving halls, which can also serve as dispatch halls.

For dispatching or as intermediate handling hoppers to compensate for the different performance of transport routes between the processes of the post-harvest line, we use accumulation and underpass hoppers of Czech manufacture. The hoppers are of steel construction, square shape with a needle hopper. We offer bins up to a capacity of 100 t. Therefore, they can be advantageously used as accumulation for smaller types of dryers.

The STELA GDB (Getreide Durchlauf Breit) range of dryers is designed for drying grain as the main commodity and offers unlimited performance. They are assembled to the customer`s specifications from ready-made components. The working organs are adapted to the cereals and therefore differ from corn dryers mainly in the arrangement and shape of the drying channels, the layer of dried material and also the high fan power. The latter is also necessary for efficient cooling during the hot weather of the grain harvest. GDB grain dryers can also dry maize, but not as efficiently.

Pre-cleaning and main cleaning of grain and grain only with the RV grain screen cleaner. IN POWER: 40 and 60 t/h RV grain cleaning machines are used for pre-cleaning and main cleaning of grain and other grains.

RVS grain cleaners are ideal for post-harvest lines thanks to their robust design and reliable performance. They provide air pre-cleaning of the input material first and optional air cleaning of the output material. Simple set-up and physical control via an inspection window allows the operator to ensure the best control of the cleaning process.

The universal grain pre-cleaner RUV increases the cost-effectiveness of the pre-cleaning process, eventually the final cleaning of cereals, legumes, and granular substrates. It is a single screen design with switching flaps. During the reception, it is possible to use the high performance in pre-cleaning and after changing the sieves, it is possible to perform the final fine cleaning before shipping. Their significant advantage is their considerable adaptability to a large range of materials and their high performance and durability.

JEMA conveyors are designed for the transport of grain up to a capacity of 60 t/h within the post-harvest line.
