The advanced design of the PENAGOS breasts and their stainless steel grater sleeve make the DCV pulping only the ripe beans without pulping the green and dry ones, which later are separated in a screening machine, whereas the pulped beans of mature coffee keep going through their fermentation or demucilaging and drying process.

The vertical DV 253 pulping machine pulps without water, ripe cherry coffee of the same harvesting day, with percentages of mechanical damage and cracking lower than 2 %, and also guaranteeing the absence of grains in the pulp. It is provided with a resistant preformed stainless steel grater sleeve, and three breasts melted in gray iron.

The PP 300 ND grass-chopper is ideal for carrying out silages and suitable for daily ration. It is appropriate for optimizing the grass, sugar-cane, sorghum picking and other forage species. It additionally offers you the option of a tiny cut of carrot, potato and/or yucca pieces. It is provided with two mobile knives and one counter-knife; it is designed for electrical engine, offering as additional accessory a ground base for gasoline or diesel engines. It has got a strap and pulley protector, which serves as well for electric engine as for gasoline or diesel engine. Its two positions offer the option to fit to what is required by the user.
