Chipping Machine

Also aware of the needs of small-scale users, PEZZOLATO offers them this easy-to-handle and compact machine, with two horizontal rollers to convey the material under the action of the chipping machine flywheel knives. The feeding hopper can be tipped, in order to reduce overall dimensions and ease towing of the machine. It is the small professional chipping machine that can reduce logs and branches with diameters up to 110 mm, realising hourly production of 3/4 m3 . The machine can be driven by tractor PTO or by an internal combustion engine (petrol [MB] or Diesel [M]). The motorised version is supplied (standard) with small wheels for manual movement. On request it can be trailer-mounted for slow or high speed transport.

Chipping Machine

It is the professional machine that reduces logs and branches with diameters up to 140 mm, assuring hourly production of 6/8 m3. Like all PEZZOLATO machines, it has been designed and built to last through time, ensuring a rapid return of the capital invested, by the reduction into small fragments of all types of residues from the maintenance of fruit trees and ornamental trees, hedges, as well as the reduction of green and dry material (brambles, scrubs, dead plants,…) and anything else resulting from the cleaning of the undergrowth and garden. The G version of this model (with tractor PTO) is supplied as a standard with attachment to the 3-point hitch of the tractor and is equipped with rubberised wheels that allow towing and simplify storage. The M version can have a petrol (MB) or Diesel (M) engine and trailer for low (or high) speed.

Disc Chipper

General features Chipping machine, model H 150, ideal to produce high quality mini-size chips, whatever wood is chipped (even prunings). The innovative cutting system with calibration device of which H 150 is provided guarantees the production of small size and homogeneous chips. It is the perfect machine for all those who own home biomass boilers with feeding screws suppliers. Functioning The main feature of H 150 disc chipper consists in the big feeding mouth, provided with two teethed rollers with independent driving system, pushing wood against the cutting bladed disc. Pezzolato’s experience lead through time to manufacture such disc so as to ensure the best cutting efficiency and the least maintenance intervention. H 150 disc chipper is provided by default with the “no stress” electronic protection device, which automatically regulates the inlet material according to the available motor power, thus preventing damages and making the machine’s life longer.

Disc Chipper

The smallest disc chipper with vertical rollers in the Pezzolato range. The machine can chip branches and logs with diameters up to 20 cm. Ideal for small forest enterprises, private users or for owners of wood chip boilers for domestic use. The special chipping system allows obtaining a particularly homogeneous chipped material.

Disc Chipper

It`s the medium power disc chipper with vertical rollers in the Pezzolato range. The machine can chip branches and logs with diameters up to 25 cm. The particular cutting system, characterized by micro-knives and additional knives positioned in the discharge chute, guarantees good calibration of the chipped material adapt for small section screw feeders that feed the burner of heating boilers. The standard machine is equipped to be hand feed, but with a particular feeding-hopper it can be feed by mechanical crane. Ideal for forest enterprises, private users or for owners of wood chip boilers for domestic use.

Drum Chipper

This is the smallest model in the COMPACT line of Pezzolato drum chippers. Both the inlet width, which allows the passage of material up to 500 x 300 mm, combined with the machine compactness, make it ideal for those who produce wood chips as fuel for domestic heating systems, for agricultural tourism, hotels, greenhouses, schools, or for those who simply need to reduce the debris from pruning. It can be operated via the tractor PTO, or using an autonomous engine (diesel or electric) and it can be fed manually or using a mechanical loader. The entry of material is facilitated by a feed conveyor at the end of the hopper. The PTH300 produces excellent quality chips from any type of wood (even from branches) thanks to the closed drum and the two knives, which are as wide as the drum itself.

Drum Chipper

This is our flagship model in the COMPACT range of Pezzolato drum chippers, both due to the number of units sold as well as due to the quality / price ratio that allows excellent production levels despite the machine being `compact`. The particularly robust structure stands out because of the inlet mouth width which enables the passage of material up to 500 x 400 mm. This particular machine is ideal for those who produce wood chips as fuel for domestic heating systems, for agricultural tourism, hotels, greenhouses, schools, or for those who simply need to reduce the debris from pruning.

Saw Mills

Queen - Horizontal Short Blade Saw Mills

It is the cheapest short-blade saw-mill with the highest standard equipment on the market. Both mobile and steady versions, can be equipped with an electric motor or a diesel engine. Medium diameter logs and not much high cutting volumes, can be managed with no problems. The head, with set up teeth-blade, 32 mm width, is pushed manually for the log splitting operation. All the machines are equipped with two loading ramps with winches; trailers for towing at 25 or 80 Km/h are available.
