Efficiency of Photosynthesis

PhenoVation - Measuring Photosynthesis and Pigment Absorption System

The PlantExplorer XS is an excellent entry-level model for obtaining objective, photosynthesis-related data for your research. This system measures chlorophyll fluorescence, the ratio of absorbed light in the context of chlorophyll and morphological characteristics. The system can be used for different research purposes. These include single plant measurement as well as imaging well plates, for instance. Due to its compact design, it won`t take up much space, and is easily positioned.

PhenoVation - Modular Multispectral Imaging System

The PlantExplorer Pro features a modular design that can be detached from its lower half – the  cabinet – and installed on XYZ structures in greenhouses. All the main components for analysis are located at the very top of the structure. The bottom half of the cabinet can be customised to suit your needs. A smaller version can be ordered to suit a tabletop, for instance, or a taller version may be ordered to accommodate larger plants.

PhenoVation - Integration Into Phenotyping Systems

The Plant Explorer Pro XL is specifically developed for integration into plant phenotyping systems. These are modular systems which can be used to assess plants in trays, pots, or other plant carriers on photosynthetic performance.

PhenoVation - Plant Explorer

The Plant Explorer GFP/RFP is an automated, multispectral imaging system, used for the determination of biomass of GFP and RFP-transformed pathogens, combined with measurements of the photosynthetic activity and colour images to detect stress in the plant samples. Petri dishes, detached leaves and small plants can be measured in a single frame at high resolution (50x50 cm). Additionally, due to innovative design, it is possible to move your samples closer towards the camera, increasing the resolution based on your samples. Modified pathogens can be selectively imaged using GFP and/or RFP labelling, while also capturing the stress response of the plant with chlorophyll fluorescence technology, yielding the maximum quantum yield of Photosystem II (PSII) photochemistry (Fv/Fm).
