We manufacture a range of tined cultivators from light spring tines to heavy duty ripper tines both in mounted and trailed options. 4m Ripper with 15 legs, optional level boards and packer. 6m Spring Tine. Complete with eradicator tines, front and back level boards, 4 rows of spring tines and following harrow. 5m cultivator complete with 2 rows rigid shear bolt tines, Hydraulic level board, Tyre roller, 3 rows spring tines, Harrow, Gutler 560mm roller and Floatation wheels. Heavy duty cultivators with hydraulic fold and depth wheels. Pictured left is a 4 metre 15 tine machine, capable of working down to a depth of 16 inch. On the right, a 5.4m 21 leg Ripper with 4 depth wheels and rear 3 point linkage to attach packers or other equipment. 3m Ripper complete with 11 shearbolt legs, level board and road lights. 3m Heavy duty stubble cultivator c.w 10 tines, levelling discs and 560mm guttler roller.

A natural progression from the trailed press and sub-soilers, the Quad-Till has been developed to achieve a one pass cultivation system to reduce establishment costs. 5m Quad-Till - Hydraulic Fold to 2.95m, Front Depth Wheels, 2 Rows 510mm Discs (Sealed Bearings) (approx 75mm 3” deep), 9 Auto Reset Legs in V Formation (Hyd in/out of work) , Up to 15” 380mm Deep, Floatation Wheels, Hydraulic Brakes, 2 Rows VF Tines, Hyd in/out of work (3”-7” 75mm – 175mm), Hydraulic Level Board, 2 Rows of 600mm DD Rings c/w Adjustable Pitch (the DD frame and level board can be unhooked on a 3 point linkage to leave a cultivated finish if required), LED Road Lights, Toolboxes, All easily adjusted, Following Harrow, Strip Till Kit, Stocks Turbo Jet Wizard, Autolube on DD and Wheel Carriage and Drawbar, Marker Arms. We are now offering this service for the customer who requires a machine to suit a specific task or land type. The modular layout of the chasis enables us to fit almost any cultivation element, be it tines, discs, rollers or any other item. We can also include various broadcasting or drilling equipment as required. 6m Quad-Till with Front Depth Wheels, 2 rows of 600mm Discs, 9 Sub Soil Legs 2 rows of Vibro Flex Tines, Level Board, 2 rows of 600mm DD`s and Markers, with mounted Simba Horsch 6TD Pronto drill.

The Quad-till Lite has been developed for those who require one pass cultivation on light to medium land without the need to subsoil, or for use on heavy ground where the customer has insufficient horsepower for a standard Quad-till and will subsoil as a separate operation.

Like the Quad-Till, the Tri-Till has been developed to achieve a one pass cultivation system to reduce establishment costs. 3m Mounted Tri-Till with 5 auto-reset sub soil legs and hydraulic disc depth. Shown on left with discs lowered and on right with discs raised.

We can supply almost any attachment from a single bale spike to 4 metre muck/grass forks. Photographed is a small selection of what we manufacture. High capacity fork. Under 3m wide in transport position. Unfolds to a width of 4.6 metres. 4 tine extending bale spike with hydraulic extending back frame and folding tines. Wrapped bale grab suitable for square and round, heavy duty construction will lift 2 square bales, can lock off either side for quicker operation, no frame work sticks out beyond the arms. Approx 800mm – 1800mm wide.
