The PPC-B horizontal hydraulics log cleaving machines are extremely stouts and has been designed for professional using. Their reinforced frame allows the machine to resist to the considerable stresses required to cleave particularly hard and knotty logs. The machines are equipped with a cleaving cylinder with large-dimension pusher. The cleaving grate, can be fixed or interchangeable and adjustable in height by means of an hydraulic control. The machinery serie PPC-B can be also equipped with a log loading cradle with hydraulic control and a split-log tray at the cleaving grate output. The cleaving cylinder is handled in safety conditions by means of a two-hand hydraulic control. The hydraulic circuit is equipped with a double pump that can be connected on one electric motor or directly on the output of tractor joint..

The patented spitting unit typeTSV 2400 comes from the firewood machining center model EPC 2400 and includes a semiautomatic operation, both the splitting grid position and the hydraulic adjustment is driven manually, it is it is suitable for trunks with length min. 100 mm and max.  750 mm and with diameter min. 100mm and max. 500 mm. Splitting cylinder with max. 35 tonnages. Max. output 16 tonnages/hour.

The sawing unit type STR 3300 is a professional machine with complete automatic operation, managed only by one operator, automatic regulation for the advancement of the material to be worked with the optimization of the cutting process and the management of the waste action, suitable for sawing trunks, branchwoods and discards of sawmill and material from the mountains having length min. 800 mm and max. 6000 mm (in base to the selected model) and diameter min. 50 mm and max. 470 mm, worked log with a min. length of 250 mm, diameter of the cutting disk 1200 mm. Max. output 16 tonnages/hour.

All the machineries that work firewood producing sawdust and reject who normally are evacuated from extractor plant. The decanter cyclone series CDS are connected by means of metallic pipe or flexible pipe on the extractor plant. They convey the solid material on the bottom, while the aspirated air from extractor, cleaned go out from the top. The sawdust is collected in apposite sack “big-bag” or in container, both of them stacking on europallet for an easier movimentation. The decanter cyclone model CDS are supplied with a stout metallic structure, with pivoting wheels for an easier handling also on outside ground

The generator sets series OPC are portable machines ideal for producing electric energy anywhere in an economical way. These sets completely eliminate the costs deriving from electric connections and supply contracts. Suitable for working also outdoors, safe, reliable and easy to use, these machines are equipped with diesel engines of primary manufacturers. They are provided with a stout and compact frame and a fuel reservoir incorporated in the bedplate. These machines are also equipped with sound-absorbing casing. The alternator is of self-adjusted and self-excited brushless type. A simple and functional electric panel controls the alternator and protects the electric circuits by means of a differential switch. The electric connections to the users are executed by means of terminal boards and three-phase and single-phase sockets interlocked in compliance with the EEC regulations.

The motor-driven log feeding lines series DTM are expressly designed for handling the logs so as to feed the systems that will machine them. The metallic structure, considerably over-sized, ensures the machine duration in time and heavy duty. These machines are provided with stout chains made of special steel, equipped with slide rollers. The machines are driven by gear motors, shafts and pinions expressly manufactured for this application and supported by stout bearings. The drive can be electric or hydraulic. These machines can be equipped with log straightening movable beat with hydraulic drive.

Handling and stocking the worked firewood have always implied difficulties and high costs for the wood sector. The MRL-PC automatic systems for firewood handling and stocking have brilliantly solved this problem by completely eliminating the labour costs. These systems consist of a series of special flat and/or slanting conveyors that draw the sawed and cleaved firewood from the producing machine and convey it to the storehouse. While opening automatically towards the conveyors interior, a series of doors unload the firewood in preset points. The system can be provided with an automatic bridge crane equipped with a movable belt conveyor carriage with bi-directional rotation, able to unload the firewood in other preset points or in whichever point of the storehouse. An electronic control system ensures the highest safety conditions during machine operation. Handling is also possible by manual electric controls.
