DairyFlo milking liners are manufactured from impact resistant polyurethane. Designed to outlast other products on the market because they do not break down or absorb any milkfats or chemicals with full food grade approval. Polyurethane is lighter weight than rubber, it is a thermoplastic material rather than thermoset meaning its properties can be re- processed and recycled. DairyFlo liners have been specifically designed to retro fit most milking machine types meaning minimal disturbance to production.

DaiyFlo Eco liners are made up of 10% recycled material, 90% virgin material. DairyFlo recycles any used Quthane products and re-grinds the material to put back into these Eco liners – making your milking experience a circular economy. Liner spigot size is 12mm OD. Milk outlet is 19mm OD / 15.9mm ID milkline. Suits Twin Air Tube (Y Adapter available).

DairyFlo Jetter Cups are manufactured from the same impact resistant polyurethane as the liners. Designed to be installed to all existing jetters; VARRIFLO, READ, DELAVAL, NUPULSE, WAIKATO. Cups are supplied as a set of 4 including all necessary adaptors to suit your existing jetter type.

DairyFlo Long Tail Bends are measured from the long end to short – following milk flow.
