Our tubular bundle drier of the RK series is an indirectly heated contact drier. It has especially been designed for free flowing materials like Malt spent grains, Maize germs, maize hulls, maize gluten and maize flour, Crushed soybeans, crushed rape seeds and grapeseeds, Mineral granulates, Sesame, rice flour and sunflower seeds.

Our tubular bundle driers of the RS series are indirectly heated contact driers, especially designed for coarse-grained products like maize flakes, maiz gluten, crushed coconuts, cork granulates, polymers, spent hops and white bread crumbs. The heating area consists of radially arranged heating pipes. These heating pipes are combined in heating registers, which are welded in V-formation onto a central shaft.

For drying of yeast, we offer single cyclinder sump driers as illustrated in the flow scheme to the right. The cylinder of the drier only collects a small part of the yeast contained in the drier trough. The yeast coat, formed on the rotating cylinder, is scraped off by a hydraulically operated blade and drops into a crushing screw, placed beneath. Then the dry yeast is pneumatically conveyed to the dry yeast silo.

Our wet spent grains conveyors have been especially designed for the modern brewery and allow reliable transport from the lauter tub or mash filter to the silo plant.

Our wet spent grains conveyors are also available with a combined hopper. Thus, short brewing processes are possible as the complete spent grain is collected.
