The Single Vertical Wood Splitter with Conveyor (Firewood Conveyor) is the baby brother of the Double Vertical Wood Splitter with Conveyor.  It offers identical construction, design, and flexibility in a half the package, operating with one working Splitting ram instead of two. Apart from that little fact, it is identical. This machine is tailored to the professional firewood producer that either doesn’t have as big a volume of firewood as the Double Splitter owners or doesn’t have the work force to have a 2 workers on the machine at one time. The output of this machine is exactly half of the Double Splitter; it can produce in excess of 2 full cords and hour ( 6 face cords ).

The Double Vertical Splitter with Conveyor is our flagship model tailored to the professional firewood outfits. This machine can produce over 4 full cords an hour (12 face cords). Our average customer who orders this model usually produces in excess of 250 cords (750 face cords) a year. This unit allows the flexibility to have anywhere from 1 to 4 workers using it at once. The most productive setup on the Double Vertical Splitter has two workers operating the splitting rams and one or two other workers feeding a continuous stream of unsplit wood to the machine.

The Buggy Splitter is the “little rascal” of the line-up with its large work table, self propelled and pedal activated splitting rams. Basically it’s a Single Vertical with conveyor without the conveyor. All splitting cycle times are identical on all machines (5 seconds ). This unit is tailored to the professional landscaper, tree services etc. that offers firewood sales on the side. The Buggy Splitter is very convenient to transport and offers the same reliability as our larger splitters in a smaller, self-propelled package.
