The PRÄZI GROUP maintains a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, as documented in the QS Handbook. It is borne out through our quality-conscious employees and the use of cutting-edge assessment methods.

The chain of process begins with selecting verified suppliers for our raw materials. These suppliers are monitored and checked through audits conducted by us.

Quality is created through the planning of the manufacturing process. To make sure that the expectations of quality from you, the customer, are met, our trained employed have access to modern ERP systems and QA tools such as FMEA are used. The manufacturing process is specified in working papers, process descriptions, process, work and test instructions, as well as in inspection plans.

Our continuous quality control in combination with an active self-assessment by our employment secures the manufacturing process. We employ ultra-modern measuring technology, which is regularly maintained, adjusted and calibrated through inspection equipment monitoring approved by the DKD (German Calibration Service). These include

the spectral analysis of metals on an iron basis,
3D measuring machines with traversing distances of 650mm x 500mm x 4000mm,
small load hardness testing,
hardness testing according to HRC, Vickers, HB, LD,
roughness measuring,
ultrasonic testing and
structural examination.

Our quality control employees are supported by a CAQ (Computer Aided Quality) system implemented by the PRÄZI GROUP. On request and to the best of our abilities, we will confirm the results in the form of test certificates in accordance with DIN EN 10204.
