This part of the range has now been extended to include Purewell’s new 8m, 9m and 10m diameter tanks, which can be supplied to varying depths, any depth request can be catered for. From small quarantine tanks and laboratory test tanks to early-stage rearing and tanks for bringing ?sh on, we have a tank for the task. With tanks starting at less than 1m diameter rising to 2m, we are con?dent we can supply the product to meet your needs.

Purewell’s range of square tanks has benefitted from evolutionary development over the years; gone are the almost square corners ( and associated ‘dead space’) as our tanks now have radiuses greatly increased in size to allow for greater water ?ow and easier maintenance. We can provide a multitude of sizes, see below for a sample of the sizes available.

A modular tank system gives ultimate flexibility and will future-proof any aquaculture installation by allowing for expansion and growth with the new ‘bolt-on’ components of its modular system. The system comprises a range of sizes of components (ends, middles, and baffles) with widths at 1.3m, 1.8m, and 2.2m, lengths are at client choice and depths starting at 1m and rising from there. All these sizes are internal dimensions, with 100mm external flanges and support ribs all around.

Purewell Fish Farming Equipment are justly proud of their range of transport tanks; not only is range comprehensive (see sizes and volumes below) but they are well-appointed, as all tanks are ?tted as standard with stainless steel carrying handles, full removable hatch and 2” drain valve. These tanks can also be ?tted with a Mucon-style valve complete with outlet spigot, a chute mechanism and a chute or sluice valve to aid delivery and save time.

Purewell’s new lump?sh tanks start with a 1m diameter x 1m deep tank, perfect for young stock and with an integral stainless steel screen and a low maintenance sump. These can be supplied freestanding or ready to drop into a pre-laid drainage/RAS system. There are two options at 2m diameter – both built to the same exacting standards, but with differing centre-pieces, depending upon end-user requirements. These centre-pieces have been designed with a variety of research projects and commercial uses in mind; in essence, a cone-shaped centre-piece, or a barrel-style arrangement, designed for larger stock or working with higher ?ow-rates.

Purewell manufactures a wide range of tanks used by the Koi enthusiast both for showing their fish or rearing. Most of the standard Purewell tanks can be adapted and fitted with viewing windows to the client`s requirements plus offering bespoke tanks built to individual specifications, both free-standing or partly submerged in the ground, insulated to your requirements.

Purewell supply a full range of nets for the fish farming industry, Dip nets, hand nets, Seine nets, Netting, Fish cages, and Tank covers. The dip nets are supplied with stainless steel frames, available either circular or ‘D’ shaped with GRP or wooden handles ranging from 15.5” to 23.5” plus all replacement parts are available.

Purewell Hatchery troughs can be purchased with or without baskets/trays, we have either GRP expanded aluminium or stainless trays, outlet screens and push/pull level controls, colour to your choice, various sizes available.

Purewell hatchery baskets are available in expanded aluminium, stainless or GRP with stainless mesh.

Purewell supply screens that are rolled stainless steel, with perforated holes ranging from 1mm - 10 mm. We also offer a stainless slotted option. The level controls are the push/pull type but at Purewell we can also supply the swivel type.
