Sweet Corn Solutions

Separating sweet from field corn is a labor-intensive manual process with often inaccurate results, which leads to quality compliance issues. The intelligent QSorter® solution extracts all the field corn that is present in the sweet corn lots. The field corn is removed quickly, easily and accurately. The QSorter® accuracy is such that it keeps the field corn contamination levels below the official quality thresholds. Furthermore, the QSorter® can also separate Sh2 trait from Se or Su traits.

Coffee Solutions

Grade green beans automatically with the QSorter® technology, the only high-speed single bean analyser in the world combining 3D Imagining, High Resolution Spectroscopy with Machine Learning Algorithms, Precision Sorting and several data handling features in just one platform. Every second, up to 30 green coffee beans are analysed with respect to visual and invisible quality properties and a lot of data are generated to help users making the right decisions at any time.
